Will Tang is a Business and Risk Consultant that works with executives and diverse teams to initiate change, manage risk and grow business. He is globally experienced with roles in Australia, Asia and Switzerland for multinational firms. He enjoys the intersections between strategy and risk.
Will has held leaderships roles in:
- Enterprise risk management, strategic risk advisory
- GRC systems, financial controlling,
- COSO internal control programs, cross-functional partnering
- Pre/post M&A reviews and various audits.
- In-house and advisory roles for highly regulated businesses (banking, superannuation, insurance) and global businesses (retail, manufacturing, luxury, industrials).
